Hi, I’m Lira-Jenny, but you can call me L-J.

My Story

I have over a decade of experience in corporate leadership, Agile transformation, and helping organizations navigate change, along with experience in entrepreneurship, real estate, investing, and mentoring.

Be The Light began with a question from my own life. Growing up in Cameroon, I faced an important decision about my educational direction, one shaped by family input and a vote rather than a full understanding of the paths open to me.

What if young people could speak with professionals who had already walked the paths they were considering?

And what if that guidance were available not only to students, but also to adults navigating new chapters? That belief, that the right knowledge and the right people can expand what someone believes is possible, is the foundation of Be The Light.
